  your openness about your anxiety reminds me of a time not so long ago where I was in the same headspace and my mind was always loud. Anxiety is different for everyone but i totally relate with the phone anxiety! Also areas that have helped minimise my anxiety levels are: switching to decaf after my first coffee/tea of the day, deleting/ time limiting social media apps, and cutting down on alcohol. It’s hard at first but so rewarding for your levels of calmness. Lots of love 🩵🌞

  Hey lovely here you go: Ella’s Bircher Muesli Recipe 💖(4 servings) 100g rolled oats 40g mixed raisins (or whatever dried fruit you like) 10g Chia seeds 20g mixed seeds (sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds - flaked almonds would also work well) 2 pears grated 400ml milk of choice (I use almond) Add a squeeze of honey if you like it sweet Mix all together Then leave overnight to soak Serve with berries, greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey :)

  I always think with hate comments, imagine how sad and rude that person must be to even write that and how great it is that you don't have those traits as a person. You will find your person it just takes time. You could meet your forever person at 40 whereas someone meets theirs at 20 and breaks up at 30, you just never know :)

  As someone who ended their first relationship this year, I remember feeling like this so much before I got with him! I don’t regret my time with him at all and he was a good guy but it made me realise relationships are hard 😅 or maybe he was just wrong for me or I’m destined for single life haha
