  @@NerdyMeathead Tranistors based circuit, bad alimentation section, high negative feedback… really big and powerful amplifier, but it has nothing to do with musicality

  i also have some 1970 altec lansing speakers, that were originally from his home studio ,but yet to be restored, i have this song but the original version from Elton John, my father had all his records till late 70´s,but mainly jazz and AfroBeat, later he bought some big JBL studio monitors, this two brands are related to eachother as the L in JBL is Lansing, but i think you know the whole story, i´ve already seen some JBL´s similar to the ones i´m refering to in one of your videos, also have a yamaha pre and amplifier ,the most complete pre i´ve ever seen ,maybe in a few monthes i´ll isntall it in other room, i think it´s a C1 and the power amplifier is a C ...maybe 3 not sure now, i´m now openiong boxes of lot´s of material including 12.000 records he had bought since the diamod stylus appeared in the 60´s(i think), the older records from the 60´s in mono or older recordings released then, only a low noise inbetween tracks is heard .We had almost no humidity in the air ,i think that helped, to preserve the records but were all stored with a good plastic closed protection in wooden cabinets with doors with glass in a wooden frame. i think i´ll keep it all

  here are the 2401 twin speakers i refer in other video from you, also have two old tube amplifiers but i´m not using them now, you also have a lot of good components , i remenber my father buying a Revox B series complete system with a extra pair of studer big speakers , i remenber he telling me that it costed the same as his BMW 645i from late 70´s, now all is mine, but i had already very good components bought in the 80´s till early 90´s

  i have this turntable that had a excelent cartridge MC type from AT but no longer available good substitution needles so i bought for it the quintect black S wich also gives a real good sound to it having the C3 pre and two M5 mono blocks with the 2401 twin exclusive speakers with some Mission 761 at 4 ohms for low volume listening, i´m using also a reel deck and a cassette deck the RT-707 and the phase linear 7000 series two ,all restored to original specifications because of being a lot older equipment but all was working without any problem noticeable but after returning noticed a increase of the already good sound quality, all of this belonged to my father who passed away two years ago ,keeping all his hi-fi components colection and also the music colection he had mainly jazz and afrobeat, also early 70´s funk and rythm & Blues big bands albums from several artists some aren´t known only the recordings were discovered and converted to vinyl records and cds, you have there a very good sounding system ,i only have old components the most recent were from mid 80´s and early 90´s bought by me
