  Wow I didn't know about this as a Chinese Australian! I did study a Chinese ANZAC though who settled in Ballina which was a town fairly close to where I grew up

  What a wonderful story of a Chinese family’s history in Australia. During the days of the gold rush in the 19th century thousands of Chinese came to Australia in search of fortune. The sad part was racism - many Chinese were discriminated & they became slaves working in the gold fields or railways etc. In 1901 the Prime Minister - Edmund Barton passed a law restricting immigration. This law does not support migrants from Asia. It became the White Australia Policy. The White Australia Policy only ended by Hairold Holt in 1966 & Gough Whitlam renounced the White Australian Policy. History showed that the British & those who migrated from UK were racists.

  Oh yes Kpop is the popular genre Korea has but there's a lot more Korean music genre that are so underrated and the artist over there really need the media attention like or more than tmsome Kpop artist... they are what u called genuine artist such as Jang Kiha, IU, BiBi, Dean Leenalchi, Melomance, Zion. T and many more RnB, Indie and Ballad artist who should be appreciated. CHEERS!!
