5:40 and 14:51 - You’ll also notice here, guys, that the fins on all these coils are extremely thin. Notice the fins bend flat every time he punches his finger or fist into the coil. No heat will be exchanged at that exact point until they’re straightened back out!

I’ve not had a bad economizer to troubleshoot; but, now I’m confident I can efficiently service one if a problem arises. Great overal understanding and traps for new players!

yes, those heat sinks are connected to the igbt's , they will definitely overheat and shut down, they die on inverter welders too if they arent maintained.

It would be nice if the Trane wiring diagram/schematic did not deteriorate in a short period of time!!!! NEVER wipe them with your hand or a rag. Be gentle even with a soft brush.

Awesome video, thanks for sharing. What if your unit control board only has a y1 terminal and would you bring the y2 wire form tstat directly to your economizer?

nice video, in the beginning you mentioned the transducer and high head alarm. you can ,with all munters units, hook gauges to circuit and calibrate value of psi in the computer (carel, bacview or hmi) to match gauge readings via the "offset" tabs

Hello from a fellow minnesotan! Any chance you'd be up for doing a video like this explaining the belimo zip controller? I appreciate your thorough walk throughs. Just figured I'd throw that out there in case you think it might make a good video. Take care my friend ✌🏼
