  Pearl is in her own oasis, because she is plucking Pikachu AND Arnie. They have out of cage time, and Pearl still goes after Pikachu.

  This because the chicks are eager to go back to the nest it can cause feathers plucking and way too young to leave the nest too that why Pearl is doing this also do it in the wild too she needs be away from Pikachu a couple of weeks it will pass soon thing will go back to normal

  I separated Pearl out of the main cage. Arnie is still in the main cage. He hasn't been plucking. I hate separating them, but Pikachu must have time to re-grow feathers, if she can.

  Oohh dear, I've had this same problem with my lovebirds The reason is that they don't want Pikachu anymore in the nest, because she's already grown, and parents want to breed again. That's why When this happens, you need to separate Pikachu and end up feeding her yourself Plucking hurts to the babies and also make them bleed Separate them from Pikachu😢

  @@cristinap.morais6878 Yeah - that's some of the information I got from looking at cockatiel forums, too. I will probably decide to take Arnie and Pikachu and put them in a separate cage. Arnie is doing most of the feeding, anyway.

  Έχουμε κάποια οικογενειακά πράγματα που συμβαίνουν εδώ. Τα πουλιά είναι συνήθως καλά. Ήταν πολύ απασχολημένος για μένα. Ο μήνας Ιούνιος θα είναι πολύ απασχολημένος, καθώς έχω να παρακολουθήσω δύο δικαστικές υποθέσεις (όχι για εμένα), άρα θα είμαι πιο απασχολημένος.
