How do I determine if the HOA in the neighborhood's I'm choosing will work for me
You can get the bylaws of the neighborhood and review them to make a decision whether they will work for you. A professional real estate agent should be able to help you navigate through this very easily and tell you your options. Please ensure you let them know this.

On your tour you should talk at the same time and tell us what were are looking and show us what kind of tile was in the shower. You just went too fast didnt tell us whats behind those closed doors. If you really want to do a perfect tour there us this realtor in Vegas that is great. You need to slow down tell us about the house.

No outside tour of the back patio? I still don’t get why designs always have two TV rooms upstairs. Competing TVs. Put a pool table and bar area in the upstairs open area instead of another TV. And why an upstairs office? There is already one downstairs plus a silly little one near the laundry area. If you have to have a little one downstairs, make the laundry area super big and put a wall sized table for a work zone in it. Otherwise, it’s overkill. Otherwise, nice downstairs living, kitchen and dining area. Master bedroom is small.
If you have two people working from home or live in a multigenerational household then two offices are fine, as are two TV rooms 🤷♀️. Lot of big families in Texas
