What could the weight be on this pike? From what I understand Northern Pike grow way bigger (in most cases) than Amur Pike.

If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.

Hi Csaba, always when i fishing with a braided line (stones at the bottom of river, also fishing for catfish, zander / walleye). But sometimes, instead of FC, I use a normal monofilament (is cheaper) line when I'm not fishing near the bottom (for example spinning for trout, hucho, bream, chub)

Was thinking if u were careful you could epoxy a small stem of some type to that speed control deal that would come up and out to a small wooden knob or something so u could access it easily and quickly?? Just a thought. Dont know if anyone else had mentioned it. Im going to build your exact setup. Thank u for the inspiration and ideas.
