Did any of these get fixed? This is 3 yrs old. I'm more concerned with the load time of the landing pages for visitors than the load time of the back office for building the pages

That is not a free tool for creating squeeze pages. It's a whole service for sending emails which just happens to have a tool for creating these pages that you can use with their service. So this is misleading.

What if I am looking to generate leads for a home exterior remodeling company. We are looking to get as many lead form submissions and calls from our ads. Would it hurt us if we chose the "leads" Objective for the campaigns goal? Do you think it would perform much better if we "created a campaign without a goal's guidance" ? Please let me know. Also if that is the case can't I just change this setting at anytime after the campaign is created?

I have setup up all the assets and added them onto the relevant ads groups. But when I go to Ad section, it asks me to setup all the same here. So what's the purpose of Assets?
