  Sir. I am.having had shaking issues if I didn't take food in hungry. Due to work time I missed .. but due to this continue in handshake i will work under stress while working in infornt of others becz of hand shaking. initially i didn't worry about that but others seeing my hand asking continue asking about this ... Now it coomnly coming hand shaking over thinking is coming continue in brain not able to work due to fear even if have food or not all time is coming.. now I am avoiding of working in public spaces and my personal career gets affected One mistake I did in initial stage itself I didn't consult any doctor.. Now it becomes a huge psychological problem .. ppz.advise me
