Todays Task

Todays Task

Today's Task is DIY channel.
Look, we all have a to do list that requires us to complete tasks. I'm a Dad a Husband and a Home Owner. I have a to do list that's a mile long. I want to show you my projects, hobbies and anything that I am either building or destroying. I don't claim to be a professional who knows all, but I am a capable person wanting to save a few bucks doing it myself. I firmly believe that there is no better satisfaction than completing a daunting task on your own even if the expectation and reality are miles apart. So in short, get out your tools, get dirty and get started completing your tasks with me. Lets cross off one task at a time.

    Great job, I’ve got those same shelves. I called the manufacturer of those shelves due to a similar problem and they mailed me intermediate shelf brackets that will fit between the front and back 4’ shelf bracket to provide support in the middle. They provided it free of charge due to them probably knowing this is an issue. My recommendation is to always contact a manufacturer for any product if you experience a problem. More times than not, they will do something to remedy the issue.

    T-Mobile recently started ending home internet accounts for people who are not using it for the address it was signed up for. Are you using this T-Mobile home internet and have they cut your account because you are using in other locations, or are you using some other T-Mobile internet plan

    Joel, My Mom and I enjoy watching Today's task. My Dad passed away on March 11, 2021. Both my Mom and I are disabled. To bad Utah us far away from Lansing, Illinois. We live 30 minutes south of Chicago. We would have hired you. There are many things around our house that needs to be fixed. Well best wishes with everything you, Bonnie and your family do. You guys bring sunshine in our lives ❤❤❤

    It's a good idea to always discharge the capacitors before pulling the wires off.

  • @jeffschaeffer5520
    @jeffschaeffer55205 күн бұрын

    Hi Joel. This is how to check which capacitor it was: * Turn the AC off at the thermostat and throw the breaker for the AC. * Turn multimeter to volts and check C to herm, Herm to fan, and C to fan. This discharges the capacitor. * Take picture of terminals, so you know where they go when replacing the terminals on the contacts * Now disconnect terminals and set meter to capacitance to measure microfarads. * Measure common to fan and common to herm (hermetically sealed compressor) and compare it to the label on the capacitor The larger capacitor starts your compressor (Herm) and the smaller capacitor starts your fan.
