  Great video, but while screen sharing, please zoom in a bit more. In mobile device, it's quite hard to see..

  Thanx for opening up the comments for this. I rave about this to all of my associates who deal with complex processes in their organizations. It's amazing how many of them discover (and fix) gaps in their processes when they take the time to do this. Thank you!
