This is my (heeelmooi's) RC channel. HeeelMooi, means reeeeeally pretty, except then only with three eee's, because otherwise it would be too long.
I post semi-awkward reviews which are only sometimes helpful..I post running videos, collection videos and even unboxing videos now too!
I have some pretty awesome trucks if I may so so myself and I like sharing that with world, because I like seeing other people's awesome trucks as well.

Hey mate are there any front and rear gear cases that would fit these buggies? I know it’s a discontinued model but trying to resurrect mine with a Frankenstein approach

Wow I still have mine but I can't drive it because I don't have the remote anymore and I don't have a cassette for the batteries and your paint is different. Mine has number 3 almost the same paint job but I'm jealous of your rims, mine are white. At least I still have the key :) Any tips for remote cotrol or battery? Greetings from Germany
Hallo, een vraagje ben je er echt tevreden van van die kyosho mad force ve, want ik ben er al een tijdje over aan het nadenken,onze RC modelbouw winkel heeft er nog eentje staan in promotie aan 250 euro maar hij zegt mij dat onderdelen niet meer te krijgen zijn,heb ik zelf opzoek werk gedaan zie ik dat kyosho het chassis voor nog 2 modellen gebruikt namelijk de foxx en meer recent de mad crusher die body is vervangbaar met eender welke 1/8 schaal en de 27mhz zender set ook de banden ook dus ik denk dat het wel goed zit met reserve onderdelen toch , wat denk jij er persoonlijk van mvg Christian

These buggy are meant to be use and abuse. I own team associated rc8. And b4 1/10 scale. I use them for what they are meant for. You have fun, you break things, you replace them so the fun can continue. That’s just life.

Hello I found a d8t for $230 at my hobby shop, I want to convert it to electric but I don’t want to spend too much more money on it, can it hold up to bashing, why did you convert to shortened version, does he chassis hold up
Just dropping my 2cents. I've had several sets of DE wheels. All have failed. Same glue, same tire on grp wheels and they are locked on tight. Yes the Duratrax tires are loose. Make sure your bands are as far to the edge of the tire as you can get them. You could even glue with the bands in place from the start. I use Bob Smith CA on all of mine. Proper prep and a couple glued fingers later... I got a set of lockups to 91mph on my losi 8ight with no issues. I still run them often. Best of luck.

why is my 2wd stampede thats upgraded with the vxl-3s brushless system so much slower than the stock 4x4 vxl model with same motor and both using 3s 5000 batteries??
jcallesano maybe it’s the gearing. Try starting off at the stock stampede 2wd vxl gearing and go from there till you find the sweet spot. Just for example. I have a 2wd stampede with a hobbystar esc and 3800kv motor. It has a proline gearbox it’s geared 23/82. It went 61mph with a 50c 5200mah 3s lipo. I just run it on the street this gearing wouldn’t be ideal for off road.
I even have better gears in mine to gain more speed but his 4x4 VXL model out of the box literally blows my upgraded model out of the water. Like not even close man. I dont get it. Do you know off the top of your head what the differential gear and pinion gear is supposed to be on the stock VXL models? I think my diff is 86 tooth instead of the stock 2wd 90 that was in there. I recall a 21 tooth pinion gear maybe installed now too. I have to look
jcallesano I believe stock VXL 2wd is 19/86. I think the speed pinion is a 25t. If your running on the street you’ll wanna lower it and add some weight to the front. With all that gear you won’t be able to keep it down. Also is your VXL system a newer or older one? The newer ones are a little more powerful.
@@thabiznizz I did the vxl 3s brushlees swap about 3 weeks ago so I assume it's the new one. I will definitely check the tooth count online tonight.
jcallesano do you know anything about your buddy’s truck? Is it lowered, weighted in the front? Just a few things to check also. Make sure you’re gear mesh is correct. Check the tightness of each wheel by wiggling them back and forth to make sure there’s no binding of any sort. Also get your slipper clutch set to give you a little controlled slip at the launch. His launch is probably gonna be a little better than yours but you should be able to run him down. You’ll have to play with it to find the sweet spot. Also if y’all aren’t racing that far don’t over gear it. Almost forgot. Make sure your esc isn’t in training mode you’ll only be getting 50% power.

Did you ever have any problems with motor temp on 6s? I'm running 15t pinion and it's on the verge of too hot

It is probably the rotor that loses magnetism. Or a bearing. When these motors get very hot, they lose magnetism.

I have one for at least 3years and its been to hell and back from being chased by dogs to the punishing terrain and roof jumps. I did chew threw some gears and diff cases. All the hubs are metal most because they broke at some point. Servo is a savox 1283sg also had good luck with the original radio but now running Sanwa

Dude, pointing at parts on a black chassis doesn`t really do anything when a lamp is pointing AT the camera.., it`s literally just all black, I see the desk, the lamp, and you. It`s a little too far away as well.. Mean well, no hate, good info, bad video lol.. Thanks for the review though, just, yeah, can`t really see much of the truck xD
