    Thanks for showing this. As a teacher, I can use this project. It's fun and educational. It's a much easier process than I've used making paper mache products in the past.

    I realized I forgot to enlarge the cut out of the threads in the lid. When you cut out threads to make a nut, we've found that if you increase the measurements by 1.5mm then the threads are able to accept the corresponding threads and still be tight. So if you're making this make sure you double check your measurements. It's at around the 9 minute mark where I forget to enlarge the cut out for the lid. Good luck and use research to back the second shape of your turbine. Everyone should have one pump housing and two turbines that will fit onto the 8mm ball point pen shaft so we can have two data points for testing efficiency of our pumps.

    SO, if my threads in the video are 35x35mm then they really should be 36.5 x 36.5 mm to allow a little wiggle room for it to thread on nice and snug.
