  I love old cars and think (looking back nostalgically) they are always better looking than newer cars. Except.... the mid-80s. These cars are hideous and utterly forgettable. The Jag is okay and the TVR maybe but it still looks so... 80s. I guess the new AC Ace never made it to market?

  Tremendous Gem mate, i watched all the oficcial FIA rewiews of 80"s and 90"s but never this one with Ayrton"s conclusions in 1990 remembering all the events of the season. I enjoyed every second of it, Did Eurosport record some similar program like this one of the duel with Mansell in 91?. Because if that is the case i would like to see that too. Many thanks for bring this to youtube😊

  This is the race that convinced my step-father to buy one of these cars in 1983. For 4 ears we owned a red BMW M1 and it was definitely a neck turner....until my step-brother took it into his mind to steal it and race it in the Palos Verdes switchbacks and crashed into a rock. Yes, a rock. Fiberglass plus rocks....total rebuild. The car was being worked on by Vasek Polak and before it could ever get finished, it was purchased by someone and I believe it resides in Italy now.

  i wish theyd bring this class back. i imagine modern day would be like pagani, some koenigsegg agera, lamborghini revuelto, bugatti etc, itd be so cool. anyways, thank you for posting these and preserving these gorgeous cars in action, as all of these will never see track again

  They basically clustered ALL the cars which made my childhood in that British champ if you take aside the LMPs and the GT1s - - of which two of them are present (the McL. GTR LT and Lister Storm GTL) ❤
