    That was really nice. Not miracolous, but I definitely feel a little bit better. Although I'm not even sure if my headaches are caused by migraines or something else (stress, sleep depravation or even long Covid).

    My dad plays music very loudly at night. I have a sensory disorder and I freak out without complete silence. I was crying and freaking out and couldn't tell him to stop because he is probably drinking and I'm scared but I also feel bad. This helped a lot. I thank you

    Omg rachel thanks so much! Im a gamer and i lay down on my stomach alot to game; i also alouched so much as a kid and am now in my 30's so my tail bone and lower back was hurting. Bunch! These excercises helped me so much

    Every time I do my face yoga, my jaw. Does that pop rather? I move it through the left. Or to right when I trump up and down, it's normal here we
