  Gray Fox real effect is spreading disinformation in comments. Actually Custom Body, Desperado Custom Body, Suit, Mariachi, Standard, MGS4 and Gray Fox is NOT giving you any "effects", only colored costumes from VR Missions and DLC. About swords, MGS4 HF Blade, HF Blade, Sam's Murasama and HF Chainsaw is not giving you any effects, the difference is you can upgrade HF Blade, others dealing 10 point damage (in values) and simply useless except visuals. Stun Blade - effect of shock your enemies with ?% chance, I don't know where players got this information. Armor Breaker - One hit - enemies armor is down. HF Wooden Sword - a 5 point more damage than MGS4 HF Blade and others like that, 15 points of damage, can't cut objects (well, that's obvious), your enemies is gonna just disappear when you hit them. Other one is Hebidamashii or 'Snake's Soul Wooden Sword', using different description, name, texture and exclusive to Japanese release of the game, you can hear Old Snake's Japanese voice lines here. HF Machete - fast one Fox Blade - everyone know it, one hit kill on every soldier. HF Long Sword - unique sword having an animation and being slowest one, biggest damage (35 points) HF Murasama - the strongest weapon, his speed is great and his damage is the same as HF Long Sword, BUT this is obviously strongest sword in the game, because of his speed, truly beats Long Sword. P.S. Damn, page crashed, I had to rewrite that, but looks like it looks better now. P.S.S. No, Fox Blade CAN'T be strongest one, his speed is not bad, but damage is not infinite, because this is an effect on regular soldiers, its actual damage is 30 points.

  @@jzethotshot Yes, I guess that's possible, but I'm not a coder or something, because, you can see how action buttons not work when you holding another buttons or character making an action. Like, if you gonna run, then you can't do stealth kill at that moment. Would be actually cool if Raiden had special animation when he's throwing box/barrel and doing stealth kill during that.

  Yes, I have a fox blade and infinite wig b with me, but have I ever used their functionality? only during wasted tries, and where it is 100 percent possible to use them, I use a long sword.

  I havent tested the first section of R-05 yet and also not the first section of R-07 (not while actually playing the game normally..) But if theres an invisible wall trigger (which there seems to clearly be), why not just avoid going into that wall section that automatically triggers the alert? Ill edit this message in the future again and let you know how it went (either that or ill straight up make the video and @ you in the description or title)

  Bandicam :0 First stage can't be passed with stealth at all, there's trigger to always alert player. About GRAD. If Raiden had stealth kill on him, then you probably can kill him, or damage with infinite grenades for a long time. R-07. First fight should be somehow possible to pass, so, I don't know. Segment with Gliders is looks like impossible to do with stealth. That's it.

  r07 segment with sliders is possible to go through stealth, it's just more difficult than anything I've met.

  7:46, no reason trying to stealth this if you wont do glitches (theres no other way than glitches). You see, theres a gigantic invisible wall and if you walk past it, the enemies alert status just triggers. Its scripted. But if you defeat all enemies while stealthing and while not crossing that boundary, you will still get the alert status because then a blade wolf jumps out and he is also scripted to just detect you. The 2 methods of bypassing this is with a gigantic leap over the invisible wall by using the falling lighting + ripper mode trick. The other method is that when youre fighting the grad on the bridge, do a pole arm jump up to the tree on the left map side without triggering the other guards to jump in (they also only join after you reach a certain wall). From the tree, do a ripper kick over to the grad and then when you killed him, that will glitch the game to just sort of "delete" all enemies. They just wont spawn in and the staircase will be empty

  2:12 your technique wasnt far off. You can do it without the blade mode but I think the easiest strat is to slow-walk in ripper blade mode and then just cutting him via fox blade. If you do want to do the stealth takedown though, then you can still use the blade mode walk to move around faster, thus giving the enemy less time to see you. Drop the blade mode once youre behind him and just do the takedown. But damn im beyond hyped to see someone else stealth in mgr. Gonna check out your other videos too and oh I forgot to mention this but I just realized that my latest video (despite the title) isnt actually "perfection". I forgot to do a new run and update the strat but yeah I´ll do that soon then

  Glad to have helped to some extent, also there's a "secret" stealth section in R01 that gives you a rank, if you open that gate with the hand instead of slicing the lock, enemies won't know you're there
