  Good morning sir Dave! Ok naman gamitin mga tweetr available dito sa atin, the same lang naman ang sounds na ilabas sa tweeter. About the aroma, hindi ako nagamit. Ang gamit ko noon ay yong ammonia. Yong ginamit ng pag blue print ng mga plano. Kasi mabaho din yon. Kagaya sa manure droppings ng mga swiftlet. Pero ug available sa inyo yong Swiftlet manure droppings may maganda yon.

  For the entrance is quite different in my old building, but in the interior is just the same, having wood plank a place where they can build their nests and high ceilings. The other thing that’s different is the new buildings have a pond. I think much better if I install pond or pool to increase the humidity inside the building.

  Thank you sir! I use my recorded sound from my existing birds house and also i use the sound I acquired from Malaysia. I use both. The sounds work pretty good 😊.

  Every side of the building I installed PVC pipe for the ventilation purposes. So that any direction of the wind it can directly enter the building, so if the other side of the building has a high pressure caused by wind, the other side release air and function vice versa.

  In my bird’s house, I started to harvest in the 7th or 8th years since it was started to operate. From that year i collected 4 to 5kg every 45 days and now it’s already 11 years i harvest from 8 to 14 kilograms every 45 days. Depending on the seasons.

  Yes sir, I don’t use sound to attract birds. My birds is imported from Malaysia. But before I import birds, I try to use sound to attract those birds but no one bird attracts to the sound I played. That was years ago 2012 or 2013. Maybe because no specie of birds in our place that produces edible white nest.

  In the interior, the sound that I played in the tweeters on the walls is for the interior sound. Meaning recorded sound inside the building, sounds of young birds happily asking for food, sounds of making nests. But I also installed 4 pcs that sound for the exterior, meaning sound that recorded outside the building.

  Here in Philippines they cannot easily break the wall because we design the wallings that can withstand earthquake, aside from concrete there’s also support steel bars. Burglars are common worldwide.

  I also installed tweeters on the wood plank 18 pcs in this building and more than 20 pcs on the wall. Because I want them to occupy the walling before they go to the plank. That’s why I didn’t connect yet the tweeters on the wood plank. My building is high in ceiling I want to utilize the space on it. And also nest built on the concrete is good quality. No stain from the wood, specially the wood that I’ve used in newly cut.

  Three corners of the building i put tweeters that sounds for the external so that the new birds enter the building notice the not all baby birds inside asking for food. Hehehe. And they like to go around the building. That’s my observation, it works good.

  I think it’s not very dark because i have very wide entrance and also I put some holes for the ventilation but I also installed elbow so that i can minimize the passage of light. I installed many holes on this building not just because of the ventilation but also for the humidity inside. In addition of many holes I also installed a pond inside so the i ca put some water

  ⁠inside the building I put many tweeters that sounds for internal but i also put 2 tweeters that sounds for external so that the birds will not hesitant to go around. Based on my experience much better if you mix it like 5 % of your total number of your tweeters

  Swiftlet farming needs time so that birds colony will increase. For me the best way so that the birds colony will rapidly increase, do not always go inside your building, once a month is okay. So that you cannot disturb their colony and they can multiply in numbers. I don’t use any perfume, instead i use their manure droppings. For me that’s the best to attract other birds to enter your birds house
