so your rate is per video no matter the length of the video? Would think another way to go is price/minute of finished video as a 10-15 minute video might take more time than a 3 minute video.

I'm a small youtuber myself using AI to help sing the lyrics I write and I'm still trying to make more but improve them even if it's hard and I don't even got a good schedule for uploads and when should i upload so when I'm done with a song I just immediately upload it when I get the chance, sure I'm a small youtuber and might be laughed at even maybe hated for just using AI to sing my songs every time but at least I'm trying to do something I like doing which is writing music people can listen to and relate to even at the hardest time in life so as long as you just do your best at what you want to do that isn't harmful to others then you can enjoy the content you make freely

My biggest insecurity when it comes to my content is failing to improve. My goal is to get at least 1% better with every video, and most of the time, I feel like I'm not accomplishing that.
I love this goal! And I’m so curious why you don’t feel like you’re accomplishing that? Do you leave time to reflect on the analytics acre you post a video and integrate the learnings into your next vid?
I had and still have that KZread insecurity. I know what I talk about. But, sometimes I wonder if people will like my video or not, are people even seeing them? Well I'm still here and will keep pushing, which is what I will advice anyone facing those insecurities to do. Believe in yourself and keep pushing...

So you see? It’s not just you that doesn’t know what’s going on with KZread. All those other people were also telling you it was going to do good. My biggest insecurity is the 1st one though. So much so that I hate editing or collaborating because I want to make it so perfect that I end up doing nothing or I do something and then I get stuck. I know making it perfect is impossible. I really do, but at least make it perfect enough that the haters will have no ammunition and I will be confident enough that the others will want to watch more.

In this economy 😂 you arent retiring by 30
so how exactly does having a editor work?. it usually takes me anywhere between 6 to 10 hours to editor some of my videos and my file sizes are insanely big we're talking 80GB+ do you send them the vod they edit it and send back the finish product or they just edit from your pc remotely? $10 is a fair price for editing, the time saved is priceless after 😅

I have the same experience where some things I post get thousands of views and some get only a few hundred. I'm still trying to figure out why, but generally the videos that do well either have quite good production value and are unique in some way, OR they seem to address a genuine challenge that people have. By far the videos that have not done well are ones where I don’t really think about value for the viewer.
totally agree!!! Personally I am working on both those things right now. Always looking for (kind) critiques on vids so I can improve also so if you have any feedback it is welcomed :)
