  Usually we use jaggery for modak. Can we use jaggery instead of sugar?

  @@savitaasolkar2463 yes u can use. Mam this modak is pineapple flavoured modak so sugar is added. U can check my other ukadiche modak recipes. U wil find traditional as well as creative modak recipes on my channel. Happy cooking 😇

  Hi Mam. Thanks for such lovely recipes. I made these. I did not change anything. I baked at 180 in oven.. taste turned out yumm, but it rose quiet a bit and then sank quiet a bit. Why do you think this happened ?

  This is blondie and not cake as we have added white chocolate to the batter. Thats the reason y it has sink. Also it sumtyms happn bcz of over mixing

  Mam take by weight. Wheat flour is light in weight n jaggery is heavy. So 1cup jaggery is 200gms. Yes measurements are correct

  😂😂😂 Eno has the same sodium bicarbonate leaving agents which are still chemicals synthetically manufactured. For this, you might as well use baking powder/ soda. Wth is wrong with you all? How is this any different or healthy? Your video says no to everything but Eno is okay?😂😂😂😂

  @@SwarrasSweetDelights the whole point of saying no to everything should mean some way to bake a cake without a leavening agent. Which indirectly goes implied in your title. So instead of saying no to everything, please put with ENO. Very simple. Won't confuse people who are looking for healthy options and waste 5 min of our time.
