My machines were just delivered today, and i wanted to sit down and study the manual so i know how to use all the features, but there doesn't seem to be a manual among all the paperwork. So i came here. Trying to figure out how to put soap in the stain treater thingy.

@mrfixit0067 Thank you! I did register it just now, and it turns out that I did get a manual. It just doesn't tell you how to use all the features. It only tells you how to install it and the basics. So far, I love this machine. It was a big expense for us, but I worked at summer school so I could buy a really nice set. ❤️

Had a load of laundry in there. Went back to check in it, machine was off as if the clothes were done, never fully rinsed them though. Went to put it through the rinse and spin cycle, it just says “sensing” and you can hear a humming noise yet it won’t do anything else. Tried different cycles, same thing. Goes to sensing and it does nothing. Unplug and plugged it back in. Did the reset by holding power and start. Not sure what can cause this on a direct drive washer, any advice?

@@mrfixit0067 it’s been connected to Wifi. There is no difference. It just says sensing and nothing happens. All the sensors work except the motor speed tachometer, it is reading 0 value. Same thing with component testing, everything works except spin of any speed and motor agitate, nothing. Is this probably the motor bad or something in the board?

@@mrfixit0067 no clothes in it. I tried simply cleaning the washer and nothing. It’s just stuck in sensing, won’t put water in, won’t spin. It’s like it’s stuck in a certain spot and lost itself yet resetting and unplugging does nothing to alleviate it.

Hey brother, I just want to sincerely thank you. I was having the very problem described; starts, though bogs-down when you try to accelerate, even when the motor was warm. I had in mind to drop it off where I bought it tomorrow, for a "tune up." Watched your video; fifteen minutes later, I had removed and cleaned the spark plug with sandpaper (didn't even have to replace it). flushed the air filter and the filter housing with "Gun Scrubber" spray, then removed and cleaned the spark-arrestor with Gun Scrubber and a stainless wire "toothbrush." Runs like it's new again. You saved me time and a chunk of change. Great video, and much thanks!

I just fixed my yesterday. Have to take it apart like it shows in the manual ("6 screws") and clean it out. I took mine outside and blasted everything out good with the hose. Everything fits tightly, so something like a tine piece of gravel can jamb the impeller.
