  Download the MOD here www.moddb.com/mods/ra3science/downloads In your documents folder, there is a Red Alert 3 folder, click in, and you will see the Mods folder. Create a new folder inside, then unzip all the files into the new folder

  Master Oni has slowing down laser. Sadly, I forgot to mention this feature in description of special ability, so this is why Master Oni's speed can confuse. Also it has good damage against infantry and good range.
