    Girl, prices...!?

  • @RucciReviews
    @RucciReviewsАй бұрын

    I didn’t want to mislead anyone with pricing because it varies so much place to place, and also depends on the package you go for! It’s been years since I got mine done so the pricing would be inaccurate now ($2000-$2500 for ~1 year of full body treatments)

    As a man w thick hair I can say laser did nothing for me except burn my skin for a few days to a week after every session. I had my ears done and talk about pain! Not worth it. I had my kidney removed with no pain meds and this bothered me more; probably because I didn’t expect how painful it would be on the ears but NEVER again. The hair even came back thicker and worse after a month. Plucking seems to work the best. You gotta get the follicle. Pull low and in the opposite direction of growth.

    Just came across both your videos about Laser Hair Removal and found it very relatable. And I am facing the same issue, I have been doing it for more than 2 years now and have started getting hair growth over areas like the shoulder and upper arm area where there weren’t any hair before. Did your hair growth eventually eliminate from those areas? If yes did u do something specific to get rid of them? Please do tell. Because honestly at this point I have started getting frustrated from the process. Great job on the video though! :)

  • @RucciReviews
    @RucciReviews2 ай бұрын

    thanks for watching, Gurman! glad you enjoyed the videos :) I went back for a couple touch-up sessions - you can get these on an as-needs basis or even look into packages if longer term treatment is needed. with changing hormones etc, it's easy for things like this to happen along the way but the touch-up sessions definitely help!

    Do you think it has anything to do with laser hair removal?

  • @RucciReviews

    No! I'd definitely be cautious if you plan to get laser hair removal during a flare given the skin's sensitivity, but I wouldn't say the two are correlated otherwise

    Wow, I resonate with this so much. Even though this video has been posted for a year it is helping me bring hope to my flare up, so thank you for your courage to share! A few weeks ago, I had a first time eczema and rash outbreak on my body and face, complete with swollen eyes and lips. You hit the nail on the head when you said it was hard to do anything because you didn’t feel like you. I didn’t leave my house and wanted to cancel everything; mentally it’s been tough. Thankfully I am getting allergy tested today and my derm prescribed a non steroidal topical which has been helping. I am also focusing on my gut health in addition to minimizing sugar, alcohol, stress and increasing probiotics/prebiotics and hydration. Our bodies are so honest and I want to get to the root of the problem to mitigate this from happening in the future. Question… how do you manage stress now as it is an inevitable part of life? I don’t want to stress about when I stress but I do in fear of triggering another flare up.

    Okay researching from my experiences having eczema myself i think eczema is much more than a nightmare its a trauma because if you have survived the eczema chances are (you can expect) it comes back (could be even worse) but if you think positive you can get throught this you can heal it not just once but twice. I have an eczema patch on the back of my foot again and want to get over this and i get very concerned about it spreading anywhere else. Last time it took me almost seven years to get rid of the patch and its back again with the season. I also feel it is a little worse than before but i have hopes of healing it like last time.

  • @RucciReviews

    My Eczema was cured within 6 weeks!!!! I visited Ghana West Africa and met an herbalist. First, he cleaned my stomach with a tablespoonful a "type of" castor oil. Next, 2xs a daily, I drank a cup of tea (mahogany wood bark and nefretene tree bark). On my next visit to the dermatologist office, my skin was completely clear....meaning no scars. The dermatologist agreed with the holistic treatment received and asked for the recipe of specific herbs and tea that completely cured my eczema. There is a cure! All other treatments are just that....only treatments! It's now January 2024, and I'm now... one year cured!

    Your point was kind of cut short when you spoke on the fact that new follicles get activated .. you said it’s fixable but is it cause for concern , to the point where some ppl may regret starting in the first place ? Do those new follicles keep going when you’re completely done with laser ? Do they grow in a noticeable way ? I wanna know more pls lol

  • @RucciReviews

    Going to post a follow up video soon that chats more about this! But no, definitely something that’s ‘fixable’ with touch up sessions! Just up to people’s own preference and how much the growth is/bothers the person

  • @Kassiex5
    @Kassiex55 ай бұрын

    @@RucciReviews okay but it’s not like thick hairs that grow in. It’s still on the finer side, correct ? & I wanna be clear: fixable like you go for just a few touch ups and it’s gone - it’s not like you have to do touch ups for these new areas for now another 8-12 sessions right ?

    Laser hair is not permanent its a reduction. With hormones depending on each person hair will grow back, just a matter of time and how frequently. If you have a lot of hair it might be worth getting rid of 70 to 80% for a few years. Just depends on the person. If you want your moneys worth, you want 100% hair removal which is electrolysis. It doesnt touch your skin, its for everyone. Some light hairs can be tricky. Those hairs will not grow back so make sure you are positive on the area you choose. Its tedious and time consuming not like laser hair. Electrolysis is targeting every hair follicle one by one. Good luck.
