Hey, I'm Ben! I really enjoy engaging in activities related to technology, though I tend to focus primarily on Blender, 3D printing, and various tech products. Ideally, I'll eventually start creating more programming-related videos with Unity or web development. Thanks for joining me on this journey! :)
Currently, my upload schedule aims to include a video a week, with Thursday as the goal. However, lately, there have been a lot of Saturday and Sunday uploads.

They should use cardboard spools, or have a way of sending empty spools back to the filament factory. Edit: Here's an interesting video from a Canadian filament maker. I bet there's a way of turning failed prints into pellets that could be extruded into "new" filament. kzread.info/dash/bejne/pZxlsptypKzdlNI.html
we really just need our recycling facilities to actually recycle more. They basically only do the easiest to recycle materials and skip the rest despite their "recycleable symbol" or a giant solar powered pyrolysis plant that can heat up and distill down those plastics into the various oils and fuels again for reuse.
I would love more kits or printer standards going towards using pellets
besides beeing a little more expensive, i like bambulabs effort in promoting reusable spools and spool refills. Wasted prints though are a thing i need to start thinking about
yes, we have to do something about plastic waste in 3d printing, although there are places that will recycle pla now, its quite rare. There’s really no excuse for plastic spools, unless they are intended to take refills . I now only get cardboard spools.
that boy dragon grown now. great vid
I have prusa mini and printer never (so far) pulled filament spooler from its place.
You guys should play FlickFleet!

ty i coudnt find the answer and this helped me
I imported an STL (from KiCAD WRL -> FreeCAD STL-> Blender) which seems to sit somewhere where I cannot see it. Setting the origin does not help. What can I do?
solved. Blander actually can import WRL directly and this worked.
Well that failed for me I did all the steps and I get a dark background
Hello from France !! thanks for sharing your experience with this beautiful printer ! Concerning the PTFE issue, i use a Capricorn PTFE tubes from the beginning without any problem.
You can replace the heat break with one from bond tech and never have to replace the hot side PTFE tube again. Also, try Capricorn PTFE tubes. I have many hundreds of hours without failures using these.
I did that a few years ago when having issues with my mini…unfortuneatly the bondtech heat break suffers from heat creep. There are a few long thrrsds about this on the prusa forum. What i ended up doing is changing to a dragon hotend. The mini has been flawless since then. Took some tinkering and requires a working printer to print the new mounts but definatly worth it🎉
@@lillalysmasken3 I wonder what is different about my MINIs from yours. I have not had one single hot end related print failure over many hundreds of print hours and multiple printers using the Bondtech heat break.
@@brettvitaz9101 i guess you were lucky and i wasn’t😅
ayo dude what do you use you edit your videos?
Davinci Resolve
@@Dragon3D niiice, I use capcut to make my vids.
why is mine couldn't track the follow path at all? the camera doesn't move

Thanks for this Quick Great Overview!!! 👌😉
Great video! Love the info! Think I’m gonna get the X4 as my first 360 camera 😁
What happened to Animation layers?
This is great - well produced and in depth im trying to find software like this at the moment and it's just what i wanted to know
YOUR A GOAT FR
Obviously 1 inch is better quality
Great tutorial, thanks!
Thank u
Great vid, thank you. I love these short and to-the-point tutorials. The shortest one I found before I found yours was 8 mins. How can someone spend 8 mins talking about what you just explained in under 2. Thanks again.
🤓
xXdRAGON3DXx anyone?
Thanks ❤
Absolute Legend thx bro
Legend! Thank you for this. Exactly what I needed. You think it is easy to make it so the hinge drops by itself. So no friction? ( I should have watched the whole video first. Thank you again)
brother...slow tf down lol
Keep it up!
Thank you!
great tutorial thank you
I was watching a donut tutorial not realizing it was for 4.0 and he started inputting density values into the geometry node modifier, but that option is no longer available. Can someone please tell me where they moved it so I can make sprinkles?
I don't have the numpad on MacBook Pro
I think I have followed all the steps and it isnt working, no water comes out of the object, but the blender slows down a little, so it is loading something Maybe Blender has changed something in the last 3 years?
It worked in a new blender file! thank you!
Curiously, the version I made in the other file, when taken to the new file doesnt work, but luckily the fountain I made didnt have much detail
ok, it works perfectly except when I change the replay cache to all 🤔 Can I still bake it somehow?
nevermind, I thought I could see a preview before clicking on bake, now I know that I have to click on bake to see it xD thank you!
Amazing work man. Really explained it quiet well. However, I wanted to find out how long it took you to print the phone case and which 3d machine did you use?
Thanks, I used a Prusa Mini.
@@Dragon3D yes but how long does it take to print one phone case?
@@KudzaiDaka-uc4zv Around an hour.
thanks... and if I don't want do select the inside object ? Considering you would have a lot of them and wanted just the ones outside. Thanks.
how old are you ?
great tutorial!
Even though I don't press shift, the 3d cursor appears wherever I click. How can i fix it
you might be accidentally using his 1st option to move it. you are likely in 3d cursor mode
Good luck and Godspeed!
The only feature that the X4 has that I wish the 1 inch had was being water proof to 30 feet. I love my One RS 1", the night time video of the London New Years fireworks show came out awesome.
New sub here. Keep going bro.
bro that's insane
Best of Luck for the Future!!! 👍😉
i dont have numpad for pattern selection brah
Ctrl+Shift+Plus did for me what checker deselect couldn't, thanks.
