Friendly suggestion: Dear Cameraman, the moderator is not the star of the show, the house is the star. Please shoot the house and all its details even if the moderator is not in the shot. It's very frustrating to those of us who tune in to see (not just hear about) the details of the houses. Thanks.

It's a nice house however those guys that was showing the house was really really taking too much time talking and and wasting time showing the house yes it's a lot of house to see but 28 minutes have at least shorten it to maybe 20? Saying that to say this to someone that is detailed and to the point and leave the personal in the comedian part out.

Hit you with a sub last week. Love the vibes you give off and the commentary, and you show some amazing houses from parts of the country I've never seen and am not familiar with. Very small gripe, and I have this with most 'house tour' videos...nothing personal and I do realize that sometimes it probably just isn't possible due to privacy, etc....but PLEASE go everywhere you can, open every door...EVERY door :) Love the channel, thank you.

Just watched this tour. It's a gorgeous house, we're blown away by the kitchen/butler's pantry/pantry. But I think you missed that last bedroom near the stairs. It would also be great to see each of the bathrooms and closets if the homeowners allow. We want to see everything!

This walled property was once a SINGLE FAMILY property. The owner forfeited all (think Enron Scandal) while he was constructing his nirvana/after spending millions on the wall. The 20+/- acre walled property was then cut into 20 parcels which provided the residences exclusivity. (At this size/these are not principle residences). The lake is not a water feature, it was demanded by the city engineers as a storm water retention pond. Had it not been required they wouldn't have wasted that for water but another house.

Not critizing, but my friend you need to show more energy and enthusiasm if you are presenting such a beautiful and expensive property. Also try to show the house and its details more rather than having a buddy chat with your cameraperson. It doesnt sounds bad, but it looses the focus from what the viewers actually have come to see/listen. All the best :)
