I think all these "corrective excercises" are kind of pointless - what you really need to do is find a sport that involves moving your whole body for 1 or 2h around that you enjoy doing, and do it twice a week. Not "go to the gym" isolating your muscles, but really get moving with the whole thing!

How do I deal with pain if you've tried to address it and doctors don't know what is causing it? I know I am having constant, terrible pain in my back that is so intense it is hard for me to relax any of my muscles, it is hard to sleep, it is hard to think about other things. I have had X-rays, I have had physical therapy, I have had mental therapy, and none of my doctors can find any problem that should be causing my pain.

I started the DRX in March(2023) through June. I had a herniated Disc & Bulging disc. Many people told me I would never get better. Well now The sciatic pain down my leg is gone, As of October. I only feel a slight soreness in my SI joint which is very slowly decreasing. I’d say I’m 99% better. It cost me $2500 for the DRX. But we’ll worth it to be out of pain. …. I’m sure it doesn’t work for everyone, but I’d say try the DRX before surgery if the Chiropractor thinks they can help you if you believe they are honest. …. My neighbor’s doctor suggested surgery for her. She went to my Chiropractor but was told the DRX would not help her. That assures me they are honest people. The DRX also worked for my girlfriend. …. And remember, continue all Core training exercises after and stay healthy.

Please make sure you dont have a structural issue with your spine. Everything cant be fixed with exercises. If you have back pain and swayback or forward head posture, please get scanned for Bertolotti's syndrome. It's a spinal malformation that can cause this posture. Exercise will not help if you have Bertolotti's. It's a congenital malformation of the lower spine. I have it and never knew why i had so many problems with my back, including a ruptured disc at 27 years old. Dont do exercises that could harm you before finding out if you have spinal issues.

This works! It essentially makes it way more na;tural and easier to have good posture - i think you still have to be conscious about it, it's not like once you do this you never have to worry about posture again. But it definitely makes it easier and more natural to hold a good posture :)
