  5:55 My iVMS 4200 application doesn't show options "Import Configuration File" and "Export Configuration File". It's only show three options "Reboot" "Restore Default Settings" and "Restore All". Do you have any idea

  @@emanueleminuto39 My camera is Ezviz C3N, at the latest firmware, It have no option to export configuration file. I tried to upload other firmware version, after uploaded, the options "Import Configuration File" and "Export Configuration File" appear. But when I try to export configuration file, It throw an error "Not support". So I think, if your camera has no the two options, that means your camera doesn't support that functions. Even though you try to make the two options appear, you still can't use it.

  In your case if the camera does not support the firmware version then you can get the QR details from support team.
