This guy reminds me of the girl in Coming to America that babbles on and on about wanting to be all the things, but in reality is nothing but a ditzy prostitute (or whatever her character was).

EEAAO gets better and better with each viewing. It's damn close to a perfect movie/script. This doesn't mean it will be your favorite movie. I'm speaking technically. I feel terrible for the Daniels having to make their next movie after EEAAO. We'll find out if they got incredibly lucky or if they're for real.

Last week I watched "Swiss Army Man" Daniels feature debut, and although it's not the stuff of EEAAO it is super inventive, full of human emotion, it's off kilter, funny and dreamlike, but not in that self-indulgent way of some filmmakers. So I think maybe they'll just keep getting better!

I am Asian, I live in Asia and this is my honest review. My first movie review. In 2022, AMPAS (the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences) made Janet Yang their new president. A Chinese-American woman with big pull in the Asian cinema market. In discussion with the thirty (30) member executive committee of AMPAS, she decided to have a big Asian diversity year for AMPAS at the 2023 Oscars. Yes folks, it is these thirty people who basically decide who will get Oscar nominations. They searched and found one American made movie with a large Asian cast, a movie called ‘Everything, Everywhere, All At Once’. They immediately jumped on it and nominated it for a record eleven Academy Awards. Basically everyone in the film, (except the janitor) is nominated. All nominations are solely to push this Asian affirmative action agenda. In addition, AMPAS (and Hollywood) are desperately trying push the gay/lesbian lifestyle onto Asian families. I promise you that this will never work and will backfire drastically. The Cast: Michelle Yeoh - a 60 year old Malaysian actress who was in the movie ‘Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon’ back in 1999 and since then has done almost nothing. She is essentially being handed an Academy Award this year. Ke Huy Quan - A Vietnamese-American who was in one movie about 35 years ago, back in this disaster. He has been given virtually every award under the sun for this role. Stephanie Hsu - A Chinese-American in her first movie, plays the role of an overweight lesbian and for it has been handed every award under the sun. Jamie Lee Curtis - remember her from ‘Trading Places’ and ‘A Fish Called Wanda’ etc? Well she plays the role of an overweight lesbian and has received every nomination under the sun. None of the above four do anything in the film that is deserving of recognition. Nothing. The Film: A thoroughly confusing, badly acted, terribly scripted set of scenes, that make absolutely no sense whatsoever. The movie is like watching a video game that you can’t follow. It is basically about an Asian couple and their lesbian daughter, who work in a dry cleaning store and . . . there is some martial arts . . . and well, that is about it. Oh yeah there is some martial arts again. The movie was the worst I have ever seen with an Asian cast and to be honest it is actually quite insulting that AMPAS would choose this garbage to disingenuously praise Asians. We are not that stupid and we are also not that desperate. For those of you who are interested in Asian movies and Asian culture, here are a few great movies I recommend: Not One Less (1999), China Lust, Caution (2007), China Audition (1999), Japan Three Idiots (2009), India There are many others, but sadly EEAAO is not one of them. In conclusion, I just want to say that this was a tragic case of affirmative action gone wrong. Asians make great films in Asia, but putting them in some ridiculous Hollywood nonsense, giving them one thousand awards and fake praise all over the internet is not the way to open doors of opportunity for anyone. It just causes embarrassment for us, resentment for others and makes us Asians look like we are a charity case. Which we definitely are not.

JL Curtis, with her long career, and multi faceted Hollywood connections, generously expound on Ky's career, is a demonstration of her industry insight. Often, the opinion of insiders such as JL can be overlooked as a biased perspective. But the history tells the entire picture.

The opening ceremony that Jamie mentioned @ 3:19, is a Chinese ritual, practiced In Hong Kong,(EEAAO is a homage to Hong Kong Cinema)Taiwan + the Mainland, right before filming. It is also known as "big luck" ceremony + launching ceremony. Ang Lee continue this tradition, even with his American films.

Calling EEAAO a best feature is not absurd, it's a one right! ❤ By the way, this, like Dan and Daniel treats a team is BEAUTIFUL. Respect for everyone - every single person, no matter what job he does - shows humanity, sensitivity and kindness. It shows the truth of the words "be kind" - thanks to this, I believe even more in the message of this film. Thank you, Daniels, for this beautiful testimony ❤❤❤🙏

Outta my mother mom got to be in Delta Sorority one of the oldest members before she died. My father tired to get me to join Omega Psi Phi using his Omega Psi Phi Philosophy and his Howard University Psychology Major Philosophy on me to get me to join. It didn't work !! I was totally different than my father. I was a loner !! I never wanted to form friendships !! I was contented with being on my own an happy. My father tired to tear me down to recreate me into his own image but that didn't work !! I would tell my father OK then I would continue being my loner self !!! He tired to get him Line Brothers to teach me about the beauty of Omega Psi Phi ! But I could care less about Omega !! Then I went about my business being my loner self !! It was like having a force field around me that didn't think about what's around me. I didn't care about the Omega Psi Phi bull crap at all. If you join a Fraternity or Sorority it's because you have low self - esteem inside yourself ( inner insecurities ). No belief in your own abilities because you always have or need someone to help you along or tell you what to do. No ability to question your Masters Opinions. End part 2.

Outta your so funny !!! No poor man !!! You're the one who's masking your insecurities. Because you want to belong to a group of people to make you less insecure !!! I don't need a group of people because I believe in myself. I don't need friends to give me a sense of self worth. You are so sad because you have no belief in yourself !!! But that's what you want !!! Being lead around like a dog on a leash having people telling you what to do. I thought God gave you a brain to use to think so that you don't need the help. Every time you respond to me I just laugh at you !! You just show more of your stupidity. Keep writing i'm enjoying your entertainment.

  • @dalerobinson535

Outta !!! But the way you and all the fraternities and sororities are acting, that's what you're sounding like. If a organizations or club is more important than a human life then they need to be shut down. When people see that the hazing causes the death of a human being, them your organization covers it up because to protect the fraternity or the sorority then you and everyone is sick ! If your hazing cause the death of a people that my friend is murder. All the people who are involved in hazing death should go to jail. All who are involve with covering up these murder should go to jail for murder. I like studying history!!! Greek philosophy is paganism !!! One fraternity having there new members lying on the floor passing an egg from their mouth to another new members mouth. That call yoking them together like a chain to create a brotherhood. Minister who join fraternities and sororities and serving the Lord God!!! You can't serve God and the Devil at the same time.

Outta !! And that goes for women too !!! If you call yourself one !!! Of course if act like an animal and treat people like animals then you're no women or man. A real man and an organizational man who follows the crowd.

If doing this doc is getting pay then all these fraternities and sororities should be shut down. If someone gets killed because of hazing and no one take responsibility for the act, then you'll nothing but a bunch of pukes and cowards. Those who going along are no better then the people who commit the act of hazing.
