    I was doing my Bible study and looked at my phone, and saw slow living on my Google feed, clicked on it and got you...YEAH! I SOOOO needed to hear this! However, as I'm listening to you, I am rearranging my pantry 😂😂. I am retired almost 2 years and have not slowed down 😢!! I feel the need to constantly be going & doing ALL the time, and when I do sit down I feel guilty. Btw, I've been this way my entire life. How do I break the cycle? Any/all thoughts are welcome. You have a new subscriber. Be blessed

    Thank you so much for subscribing! I'm so happy to have you here 😃The fact that you've recognized your need to slow down means that you're already on the right path! Continue to remind yourself to be present and in the moment, even during simple tasks like rearranging the pantry 😊 Focus on the task at hand, and let yourself fully experience it without rushing. For me, meditation is also really helpful for remembering to slow down. Usually directly after I meditate, I find that I am naturally moving at a slower, more intentional pace. Hope this helps, sending love and blessings your way!

    So what happens if you can see when you have your eyes closed and feel like your touching your eye when you touch your forhead space. Is that the pineal gland?

  • @drtarasalay
    @drtarasalayАй бұрын

    Thanks for watching! This is an interesting question. When you can see with your eyes closed, it may be related to the concept of the third eye. The third eye is thought to represent intuition and a deeper sense of perception beyond the physical senses. In a spiritual sense, many believe that the third eye is connected to the pineal gland.

    To learn how to get on and off the floor while keeping the spine straight, check out this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/oqKVxbehadHQm7Q.html Here I teach you a safe way to get on and off the floor when you have osteoporosis. This is a full yoga practice so if you just want to learn the transition, then skip to the 41 second mark and then 18 minute 50 second mark in the video. There you will learn how to get down to the floor and then how to get back up from the floor. Just know that the way I teach it in this video does require decent leg strength and good balance.

    Somehow without formal yoga training naturally sometimes I feel sitting in Child's Pose without knowing such existed before now. It suits all muscles and tendons and relax me. Didn't even know it helps. I did truly opened the third, but I have trouble navigating trough the ether. Usually it does it on it's own for what it decide important. I have troubles with getting to sleep, so I started using it as a remedy to that, before I know it I am off. It comes easy to empaths. It's a mechanism against bad people reaching to it's potential.

    Same story here. After several years of PT appointments, massages, rehabilittaions and still a debilitating SI joint and hip pain, I finally was convinced by my husband to find a trainer and start weight lifting. After a year, I am basically pain-free (same as you, a light flare-up every now and then, but it always goes away quickly). I wonder how many people could get rid of pain and live pain-free lives, if they only tried weight training... Sad that there are basically NO doctors who would suggest that solution...
