  Amazing performance and whoever did the lighting for this show is a genius! The flashing leading up to and finally exposing her as she began her high note was so AMAZINGLY thought out 😍😍...SOOOO COOL! I can only imagine what that must have looked like in person! Looks like this was a great show!

  @@victoria7t To clarify, while of course the crowd is singing along in every other live performance of this song, they are USUALLY joining in by singing similarly to the album. In the first and second choruses, they talk/chant/yell the lyrics, just like Chappell Roan does. This particular Boulder crowd goes a step further by singing, in full throat, the melodious 3rd chorus from the album along to the first and second choruses. This is not a common occurrence, and the fact they ALL seem to join in immediately is what I am commenting on. A giant segment of the crowd also sings a harmony to transition between the second chorus and the bridge (again, echoing the third chorus/outro). This is also extremely unusual, as it does not occur on the album, or on any other live performance of the song. This isn't a standard "Rocky Horror"-esque crowd interaction that has built up over months and occurs at every concert (like yelling "So good, so good, so good" to "Sweet Caroline"), it's a crazy, one-time crowd groupthink.
