Mayne when they charge a reasonable price for some plastic I will buy a set but until then it's a hell no
There's nothing more exciting than running a michine that throws burning hot chips everywhere!
Great vid, I'll be checking on the tube bending lubricant!
This thing looks Awesome! Just scared to see what it actually Costs. I am a big Fan of Trick Tools and their products, I know if they are selling it that it’s a Quality Tool. I’ve never purchased anything from them that wasn’t Top Shelf Quality. I own a Beveler Machine called the Beaver, but it can’t do all the things this one can. It can only handle Flat Plate type Metal.

Where can I get the attachment
is there a distribution channel for Europe? Thank you

Thank you very much for the information 😊
Does it have a work-stop so you can cut a lot of consistent blanks?
If a Google search doesn’t produce any results, you might consider a mag base. MagSwitch makes one that is pretty much designed as a stop. The cutting base of the saw is aluminum so you’d have to use the steel vertical surface. Not exactly a factory solution, but it might get the job done.
Nothing comes standard with the machine, however Ellis does offer a length stop accessory. See the link below. www.trick-tools.com/Built_in_Support_Stand_w_Length_Stop_for_Ellis_Bandsaws_6252_ELL_2214
Wow that’s expensive! Probably made of Titanium,Chromoly and Tungsten !! ✌️❤️ I’m thinking of using this type bender on a shifter cart and need the tubing flawless ! Of coarse I need the tubing roughly 31-33mm Od I may just do like I have been, draw it up and order from local steel company!! I’m really just paying 7-10$ bend ! Any suggestions would be great, Weld it up! ❤❤❤
This machine is certainly at the top of the tube bender chain, however it's not a requirement for bending tubular frames such as a roll cage or shifter cart. We have other rotary draw tubing benders that work great for these applications and produce a very nice bend. A great starting point would be the Pro-Tools MB105HD or if this is for production work, the Baileigh RDB-250 is a great machine as well that's often used for building roll cages and even Top Fuel drag cars. The price point of these machines will be much more affordable. Of course there is a time and a place for Transfluid Mandrel benders, however for your application, something smaller may be the better option.
HOLA... CUAL ES EL PRECIO DEL El kit de martillo cepillador manual Eckold GL2 MAX... TIENEN ENVÍO A VENEZUELA...
I got the 700 , LOVE IT , we had an old FEIN corded multimaster tool , huge improvement. Great tool . FEIN continues to improve their product . Worth every penny .
These are awesome, but why are they so damn expensive??
Just ordered a couple of these for our field crew - I'm hoping it'll be just the thing.
thats cool but $1200+ for some plastic pipes is crazy..
Wow amazing
you always have good machines, how I wish to buy one from you
I'm afraid to ask the price.... of this magic device 😅
how many tons did that take?
I would like to purchase one price
Very nice! Love it!
For plastic its awful damn expensive! 4 to 600 dollars is just nuts 🥜😢
Differnce between the mm500 and 700 both with cord.. Is that the 700 is so much more noisy.. Is that normal?
How small of 90 can it bend? like if need to bend that same pice. And it needed to be 1" from 90 to 90 and had to have 2 ears with out side 90s like a clamp to bolt fown pice of square tube wit the same 2 bends just a imch apart from 2 imside 90s with 2 outside 90s wit ¾inch ear on ⅛-¼" flat stock lkke that
What are the sizes you can bend?
As a noob to round tube bending, that is also interested in square tube forming. This is a very informative video. Thanks for sharing!
how heavy mm For ms?
Awesome upload my Guy, your knowledge and experience/skill level displayment is very much appreciated. This upload will help me tremendously to start out on this new hobby/profession. Keep informing the people...
So would that work on tight spaces like a Bmw e46
My saw keeps binding and then stops any ideas I take it in they say nothing is wrong Comes back runs good for a few days and then back to binding
Stalling? Lift Arc Studios seemed to be having similar issues with his saw, he has a couple videos on it.
Hallo, das ist eine tolle Maschine !👍
OMG, I just noted the Ron Covell signature on the english wheel. Anyway, thanks for the no nonsense content, these videos are great.
1:26 is that 1/4 bit, the Fein specific 62712109034 part? Or just a generic 1/4 bit?
This was just a generic 1/4 bit. Nothing specific to Fein.
Very nice
Question why is round tubing used more often than square tubing , when square tubing is less prone to flexing it more ridgid.
Wheres it made? Germany?
Great video! Real quality! It also explains how metal forming is used in manufacturing. That was new to me. QUESTION: Since you are using laser cutting, would there be any advantage at all to also use the laser to score the sheet metal?
Hi great video but by the way where did you get the punches? Does cleveland make them?
The punches are made by Roper Whitney and they can be purchased through out website, www.trick-tools.com.
It's great to see a demo done by someone that knows what the hell they are talking about, and knows the machine very well. Unlike the many clueless slick sales pitch babbling vids out there. Nice work!
Has anyone tried this with plasma dross?
hmm why were you not using back gas with stainless steel tubing? and how much did you charge for that job- details
Great! In Brazil don't have this type of work
Thanks for a wonderful didactic video. Definitely having you as my online mentor.
9:24 Wouldn’t it be easier to use a chop saw with a jig, instead of a jig saw?
The J&S looks like a nice quality machine with a deep throat .
Hello, and the channel?? Thanks
