  Samsung must have hired a room full of lawyers to make this simple task so complicated. Gravity is our friend. All this assembly needed was four "feet" which dropped into on each corner.

  Ran across one that the Rose cover plate unscrews, on the bedroom side. That cover hides the screws.

  I hope the company and engineering team are ashamed of themselves for this. Allowing this to happen shows the poor quality of how the company functions. NO ONE should have designed or approved this and yet it went was approved and production began. Horrible design and product.

  This video is spot on. I got all the way to removing the glass and it literally shattered. Be very careful. I didn’t drop it, I was lifting it up out of the shelf

  I was placing the air filter in wrong side up….with the Inscription FRONT facing up on the square holder when I saw you facing the Carbon Filter up *the other way around* with the filter facing down…..so I want to thank you for posting this video and also demonstrating how to turn the icon off after changing it. The videos I saw don’t explain that you need to first push the button with the ice light/set air filter button…I was pressing only the change filter one and nothing was happening.   Why do all the zones turn on one after the other, although I programmed them at 3-hour intervals between zones?

  @@nicolaepopescu3835 the 3 hour interval is between each cycle (6am start- all zone runs 1 at a time, 9am- all zones run again 1 at a time) not in between each zone.

  I programmed zone 1 at 00.15, zone 2 at 3.15 and zone 3 at 6.15. But at 00.15 zone 1 starts, then zone 2 and zone 3 one after the other.

  Dude thank you. Bought a house with one already installed. Had no idea about the specialized tool and of course I don’t have it. Went and bought two separate mini torque sets but you flathead solution worked. It’s so hard to see the screw from the angle it’s so I had no idea there was a center piece in the screw head. Very frustrating.

  I would just like to run each station for different times manually when I want (no schedule) is that possible.

  @@BarbKlimczyk move dial to “Manual” pick zone and time then move dial back to “Run” and it will run that zone There is a way to run one cycle of all zones manually also if thats what you’re looking for.
