Thank you Ms. Carr for doing Yorba Linda! You're the best - always hitting the best/most interesting spots in every city, and always providing the most valuable information regarding homes and what each community offers. So fun to watch!! You really highlight how nice living in the OC is :)
Thank you so much for saying that! We try our best to highlight the best parts of each city! let me know if there's a city you'd like to see next.
Oh, I’ll call you all right 😏
If you are looking to buy or sell in Orange County, give me a call or send me a text! 714.402.4212
Not very affordable yet....Hopefully in 2025.
I didn’t know the Richard Nixon presidential library was in Yorba Linda
Rent is too expensive.
Poke poke...crash already
Thank you so much for this video! 🎉
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching!
No, just stop it... everyone is not moving to the Stepford Groupthink Zone, also known as Irvine - only groupthinkers are. Just roll through Irvine, get a "whiff" of things.... and then just remember you're in California - you'll more than likely just keep on rolling. There are nicer spots in Orange County, with less "control" than Irvine.
Monica is a true professional!
I'm looking for Irvine 4B/4B SFH, off market estate, Eastwood or Stonegate, can you help?

Very nice video 👍🏼
When is your next video coming out?
Great place to live but can’t afford it anymore. Bye.
How many $millions do you need though to buy a house with a swimming pool??
We actually just sold a home in Irvine with a great pool! It sold for just over 2M. Check it out here: search.monicacarr.com/t/2XsnFn
Nice too watch a realtor without the hard sell the usual “ we need too connect “ etc ,Monica does good informative videos with a nice personable manner
Thank you so much!
Great video about Anaheim! You are head and shoulders above the rest...so well done and always full of relevant information that buyers/visitors are interested in. Please keep making more videos! You are Orange County's best promotor!
Thank you so much! We definitely try to create the most insightful yet entertaining content for OC! Glad to know you enjoy it so much!
Your videos are the best! My girlfriend and I have enjoyed every last one of them and look forward to where you'll be next. Great format, too. Have you done Rancho Mission Viejo and/or Ladera Ranch? Or Brea and/or Yorba Linda? Also, would you ever consider doing Corona? Keep up the great work, we are big fans! Thank you!
Thanks! Our goal is to create a video for every city in Orange County! So RMV, Ladera, Brea, and Yorba Linda are on the way! Thanks for tuning in! Please reach out directly if you ever want help with anything home related! 714-402-4212 [email protected]
@@MonicaCarrRealEstateGroup Killer, we are looking forward to everything that is coming. And we will definitely contact you if we decide to sell and move elsewhere in OC....Thank you so much!
Irvine in the mid-80’s to early 90’s was great. There were still a lot of orange groves, strawberry fields, and open spaces. Some parts had an almost rural feel. Nice place but moved away in 2000 for more affordable housing and less traffic and people. Enjoy visiting but very happy with my change.
I hate HOA's so will never buy in MV.
I dont like RVs, boats in my neighborhood along with commercial vehicles and ugly landscaping. HOAs serve well if you hold up your end.
@@geraldbennett7035 that's a big if.
@@geraldbennett7035 totally agree with Mr. Bennett, and I lived in Mission Viejo for years and loved it.
I own 2 businesses in Irvine and its a great place to operate, lots of part time staffing from UCI students, safe, diverse customer base and perfect weather.
Thanks for sharing! We couldn't agree more!
Love the video! Have attended several of your open houses over the years.
Thank you so much for watching!
My friends dad has a place on the lake, unaffordable
I personally moved from Irvine to Lake Forest and I honestly do like it so much better. It’s peaceful & quiet and we are only 7 minutes from Spectrum. It gives us the best of both worlds. We also live on the Lake Forest Keys which makes life feel like a vacation every day.
The Keys is such a beautiful neighborhood! I'm so glad to hear that you like it there!
Gotta be agent
I lived at The Harbor Greens Apartments on 2700 Peterson Pl. in Costa Mesa and I miss it terrably....
Did you leave OC? Or just relocate to a different area? Ever thought of moving back?
Irvine is a modern city, safe and great for family with kids
Yes, we agree! It's a great place for families of all kinds!
I just fall in love with irvine❤😢 and choose it for my solo trip in September.❤
Amazing! Hope you have a great time visiting!
Do the Lakers come on local tv in Orange County ? Just asking because that might be a deal breaker for me if they don’t lol
Yes, they do! Typically our local SoCal games are broadcasted on cable here. Lakers games specifically seem to usually play on ABC and TNT!
can i buy any flat or house 20k USD?
The current low price for Irvine is about $500K actually. If you want to browse what's for sale in Irvine or surrounding cities, check out our website! MonicaCarr.com
I so love Irvine. Everything is beautiful!!!! No eyesore, so clean, peaceful, near to everything!

It’s crazy to live in CA now.
you'd be crazy to move anywhere in calif, and before you dispute this, know I was born and raised in san Clemente .
Great Info Monica, Love the Green Jacket! Perfect for Master's Weekend.
Thank you!
Had a great breakfast today
Love this! Anaheim is so fun!
Great video, thanks!
People from L.A. ruin everything! They will destroy OC with their left wing politics.
Hello Monica, amazing strategy 🎉
Thank you! Hope It was helpful!
