Thank you. God reward you 🙏
Out of curiosity, what was the tumour type?
Thankyou. Very good explanation.
Great explaination. Please makeore slides for sub carinal area anatomy-clinically relevance.
Thank you sir❤
Gracias
The data on % of nodules found would be mostly for people who had smoked though I assume. As most non smokers don't get Lung CT's. So I am curious what the percent is for non-smokers with nodules.
Master class
In my humble opinion, this is the best thoracic teacher I have come across. So organized. Excellent teaching/explanation skills and language, etc. Love his videos. Thank you

Excellent sir but what treatment can use if hamartoma find in lungs
My mother diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020,had in petscan of november 2023 a lung nodule 1.9 cm and now in june measures 2.7cm,and her oncologist says everything is normal,im confused
Thanks for the demystification...#John 14:6.
Our house was next to chickens and covered head to toe in mold. I had gotten a CT due to kidney pain and they said my spleen had calcifications. I developed low bp, tinnitus, brain fog, joint pain, extreme fatigue, and chest pain and they found calcified chest lymph nodes and a small one in my lung. No real cough. My wbc have always been very low a 2-3, and my lymphocytes are always higher than my neutrophils. I never got any antifungals for my encounter with the chicken poop mold. My bloodwork for basic stuff comes back normal. My question is does histoplasmosis stay in the body quietly or are my organs and lymphs just permanently calcified now due to encountering it and its gone? Does calcification mean the fungus is dead? If it spread to spleen and lymphs isn't that disseminated?
Ty doc very precise clear explanation
Great explanation sir Im so thanking u sir i learnt some basic things i missed in x ray interpretation 😊😊😊
Great 👍
Thank you sir 🙏
I am amazed reading how many of us found out we had cancer from getting a CT on our hearts. Now I'm glad I had the SVT. (Supraventricular Tachycardia) It may well have saved my life. Small miracles are real.
I was just diagnosed with stage 1. Adenocarcinoma 2mm in my upper left lobe close to the back of my ribcage. I spoke with a Thoratec Surgeon who offered 2 options of treatment. I am opting for the lobe removal because of the subtype and Cribriform which tends to repeat. I am very optimistic for a full recovery even knowing recovery will be long and painful. All this is good news (lucky find) at stage 1. What upsets me is they knew I was high risk, and knew I had nodules, but always said, "chest X- Ray is fine" when I had nodules present and it was recommended by the dr. that looked at the results that I be CT scanned yearly. My PCP said nothing. I guess it slipped by him. This was (i just found out) back in 2017 and here we are in 2024. Doctors.....Disclose to patients. Pay attention. I got lucky because it was found by incident when scanning my heart due to long lasting SVT's. Otherwise, who knows what stage it could have developed to if not found.
Thank you ❤
I had an ultrasound and biopsy done, and a few days later a CT scan as I have an solid enlarged lymph node in my neck. The biopsy was inconclusive and has gone for further testing. They said the CT scan showed a nodule in my lung.
Thank you very much
Mass Lymph node at the back of the right hand.
Can there be any treatment on lymphatic Tumour of the lung cancer.
I have listened to 50 lung anatomy videos to try to understand "exactly what" defines the acinus of the lungs. Of course, it would be a clinician like yourself that would truly understand!!!

Hi ! a Nodule is not a node (as in right Hila node) ?
Thank you very helpful and simple
I had long Covid in 2021 Covid affected my lungs badly. I had a fall this year and was given a CT scan on my shoulder, a lump was accidentally found on my left lung. I had a broncos-copy the surgeon was to take a biopsy of the lump, however it was too close to the wind pipe and too risky to take. It hadn’t grown from the first CT scan. I’m about to follow up with an endoscopy in a few days time. I’ve never smoked, I’ve never had lung trouble, before Covid.
Thank you sir
Thanks for creating this and explaining it so clearly..
