  Maybe start by being respectful of your customers. All your promo rah-rah videos mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when you don't show up and don't call. You may think your time is more important than mine, but it's not. You say your father said "my word is my bond" Well, maybe you should take that approach. When you tell a customer you will be at their location between 10-2 and NEVER OW Up and NEVER CALL - that just shows my your word is WORTHLESS!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Maybe start by being respectful of your customers.

  You forgot to mention the part where the forklift drivers crush ram and stab your freight like it’s trash being loaded. And the supervisors are right behind them screaming at them to go faster and don’t worry about the damages…..just saying

  Thank you for this great breakdown. If the shipment is lost in transit and the terms are FOB destination, is the shipper still responsible for the freight cost or can they file a claim with the transportation company? If so, say for example the shipment is $5k, does the transportation company have to pay the shipper? Same question applies for damaged freight? Thank you!

A) Which form of transportation mode do you think has more grip over the TMS? i.e., roadways or railways or airways or lastly, maritime? B) Do you think that cloud-based systems are the present and the future in terms of adoption?

  As for set up I read somewhere, EDI may take 3 months to set up a new account. They are clunky and rigid. As for API takes less than a week, quick turnaround. Cost of EDI is expensive and API is good value. Which is true? Any input on the highly secured element?

  I think you can set the outgoing message every half hour or for every hour thru out the day?. I thought we can schedule inbound every 6AM; outbound POs every day b4 4PM?

  I completely understand what you are saying but we were just reporting what the larger carriers were saying. As logistics experts, we find it important to be aware of situations that could arise. Our goal as subject matter experts is to provide the information we believe will be relevant to a company's transportation programs.
