    I love making this with different greens/veggies as well. The easiest to find here in my city are the choys, water spinach, and napa cabbage. I also like it with green beans, string beans, and even eggplants too. Added some mushrooms also can elevate the joy. 😊❤

    Healthy for sure. Is there anything negative with blending the root bark in with the process? If it's store bought could come in contact with bacteria.

    I worked many kitchen jobs. The best thing I think I ever made was the BLT subs. I used the mini french bread loaves that were used for french dips, a lot of bacon, and swiss, and ran this a quarter of the way thru the pizza oven to get it nice and warm and toasty, then shredded romain, tomato slices, and garlic mayo 🤤 nothing beats a good blt.
