I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your airline SpiceJet. Due to the negligence of not sending any notification or information about my flight being cancelled, I faced significant inconvenience and financial loss. Upon arriving at the airport and printing my boarding pass, I was informed that my original flight had been cancelled and the next available flight was rescheduled for 24 hours later. I received no prior communication from your airline regarding this cancellation, despite providing my contact details at the time of booking. Consequences: I had to pay five times the airfare for the new flight due to the urgency. The lack of information put my job at risk, as reaching my destination on time was crucial. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect your airline to handle this case efficiently and provide appropriate compensation for the additional costs incurred and the distress caused. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to take further action. This will include raising the issue on all major platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and taking the matter to the consumer court. I hope to hear back from you soon with a resolution to this matter.

SpiceJet did not handle this situation properly. It is the airline's responsibility to allow passengers to board if the flight is delayed. The departure time was changed not once, but twice. While we understand the delays were due to weather issues, we arrived one and a half hours before takeoff but were not allowed to enter the airport. How can I let my husband's hard-earned money, nearly 44,000 rupees, go to waste? #SpiceJet, please respond and let us know if we will get our money back.
