Can you make this using a normal cake batter with butter eggs flour
I’m not sure, it depends on your cake batter. This kind of cake needs batter that is flexible so it won’t crack when you roll it. Hope this helps.

What is the shelf life please?
Store homemade marshmallows layered between sheets of wax or parchment paper in an airtight container. If kept in a dry place at cool room temperature, they should keep for about a month. If you are staying at humid environment, the surface tends to get wet and melt so they will have shorter shelf life (about a week). Hope this helps.

Hi, yes you can But the cake won’t be as fluffy as if you used baking powder; and also the volume or height of the cake will be slightly shorter. Using baking powder can help us make cakes that rise perfectly with a smooth and soft texture. Hope this helps.

Can we substitute cold milk with cold water???
I don’t recommend to use cold water because the chilled milk contributes to a tender texture, while the addition of yeast enables the dough to rise and become fluffy. Hope this helps.

Why did you remove water from mugwort extract.
If you notice, the Yomogi/ Mugwort powder that I use from Japan (which is like soft cotton) has a slightly different texture to the Korean Mugwort powder. In terms of use, Japanese Yomogi Powder must be soaked in boiling water first before use. However, if you use Korean Mugwort Powder like in my "Korean Mugwort Cookies" video kzread.info/dash/bejne/jH6q0cd9lbbbpKw.html, you don't need to soak it first, you can directly mix the Korean Mugwort Powder into the dough.
