We literally buried our elderly, very ill cat on 1 June this year. The day after someone stole our car from our driveway. It has been a literally devastating month. At least we replaced the car, but the cat? She can never be replaced.

Learned the hard way that letting cats outside is VERY dangerous as cars will run them over and this happened to one of our cats. Better to let them never leave as they will live longer?
The average lifespan for an outdoor cat is 2 to 5 years. An indoor cat can reach 17 years or older. All kinds of wonderful things are waiting for them outside, disease , cars , predation , poison , parasites..... If you love them , keep them safe.

My cat Alice walks into the shower every day. And waits there until i turn the shower tap on. Sometimes water pours onto her for sevonds but then she just walks like away a tiny bit then licks the water from her fur. She loves water. I can even shower her.

Not necessarily. My cats sometimes don't like a certain food, though a few days before they enjoyed it while it is from the same batch. I try to give them as much variety as possible but it's very hard to find new food they like. They are quite young and go outside so they eat quite a lot and often get bored with their food.
Yes I really do think they change ingredients at times. Especially in these times of saving money( eg cheaper meats).

It's incorrect, there is no study that claims you are more likely to become allergic to something through exposure. It's true that a persons first ever exposure to an allergen might not be as bad as every time after that- if they are allergic. That's not to say someone can't delevop new allergies due to weakening or other changes of ther immune system, although when most people think they've "developed" a new allergy, they are in realilty being exposed to higher concentrations or a different variation of the allergen than what they've experienced in the past. According to real studies that actually exist, slow consistent exposure to allergens called "allergen immunotherapy" can reduce and even eliminate the symptoms. It's also a fact that early exposure to allergens reduces likelihood of allergic reactions throughout life, proven through trials done on newborn babies.

Good video. The ingredients are listed by pre-cooked weight. Since meat is mostly water, the actual product you are getting, especially dry food, has very little meat. Cats should be fed in a relatively flat dish to avoid whisker fatigue while eating. I use Corelle salad plates. Their water dish should be fairly wide for the same reason. Happy Feline Friday!

Dont feed cat with process food,can food or snack, this will help you save money for fixing their health issue . Buy the chicken drum stick and cook it but don't use seasonings and salt etc. Keep the meat in freezer.i buy Fish from market, especially small fish , filet it and cook the bones in instant pot until soft. Cats love to eat fish so much. carrot or the other veggies even fruits are great to them. This will keep them healthy and makes you happy

I have 14 now 12 cats that's why i have to learn them personally. Mostly just common local cats but i love them all. Yes sometimes i mad at them and scold them but mostly for their own good. Such as when they wanna play outside while it is dangerous for them.

It's really wonderful that such videos are coming out now and teaching us what we should have known years ago. I wish I'd have had this available throughout all the years I've had cats. I loved them dearly and I miss them every day, as well as my one German Shepherd. Animals are the greatest gifts from God, and they deserve a wonderful, loving home. I thank every kindhearted person who gives compassion to helpless humans and to all the poor animals who need care & love.

The only problem with vets during these days when everything you need to survive has doubled,a lot of cat and dog owners cannot afford their exorbitant fees.I took my elderly female cat last year and asked about kidney disease.He felt around asked a few questions and said I think she is fine.We do have a test we can do in house,ok.She does not have kidney disease,that will be $600,thank you.I am a senior as well and cannot afford bills like that.My cat will be twenty August/2024,so she now has,troubles,I will make the decision to say goodbye and pay the vet $300-500 to inject our pet with whatever they guarantee us is humane and fast working.😿💔✌️✌️
I agree, i took my indoor cat to the vet and to be able to take her home I was forced to pay for a rabies shot. This along with having her claws trimmed was $400. I haven’t been back. They said I had to renew the rabies shot. She will not go outside and will not get rabies in the house. What a rip off. I have had outside cats get their rabies shots without complaint. She is now 13 years old and I fell bad about not taking her to the vet but the cost is out of the question

Before I continue, I want to ask you when your fur-baby's time comes, please have the vet first give her a sedative, and only then administer the coup de grace. I speak from a very painful experience and wish every pet the gentlest, least difficult passing over. If you can handle it, please hold her in your arms or at least be beside her when she closes her sweet eyes and her lovely spirit travels over the rainbow bridge. To every pet "parent" out there: We want what's best for our beloved pets, but veterinary bills are way too high. Look for bona fide groups who help financially stressed people with pets, as they can be wonderfully helpful. Your sweet "fur-baby" shouldn't be getting less than the proper care she/he deserves, because the vets charge so much! Much love to you and your pets and may God bless you all!
