    2:47 No, all of the performers are conscripts. The four at the front, including the drum major are the only professionals.

    It's worth mentioning that these are conscripts, not professionals. As most of the norwegian forces are.

    A brilliant song written by the Scottish band Tidelines! For them to see their song Far Side of The World being performed at such a prestigious event must have made them proud! If you ever see Tidelines live, this song certainly makes a mark with the audience!

    Wish i'd seen this sooner. I really like how quiet the Silent Hi Power is. Ended up with a Fujitsubo Legalis R that's just a little bit louder but it's pretty much silent putting around the city

  • @m2rookie

    is the sound of the video representative of the sound IRL for the HKS? Would you say the HKS is on the quiet side for a "toy/weekend" car?

  • @tastyoldgravy
    @tastyoldgravy Жыл бұрын

    No, not really. Both come off quiet on the video. The STM Ti is borderline obnoxious loud (at 4k rpm and above) which this video doesn’t cover. The car has the HKS mounted but I do miss the Ti growl at times..

  • @m2rookie
    @m2rookie Жыл бұрын

    @@tastyoldgravy I see, so assuming you only took the car on joy rides would you stick with the STM Ti? Also above 4k is the STM Ti still a good sound as well as loud or is it just loud?

  • @tastyoldgravy
    @tastyoldgravy Жыл бұрын

    @@m2rookie I only use it for joyrides, now it’s parked for the winter. I’m a bit torn on the whole exhaust selection, I do prefer the rally look and crazy sound of the Ti, but I’m a grown ass man and the loud noise can get a bit silly sometimes. Most of my driving mates say they prefer both the look and sound of the HKS, and I agree it does sound very good (it also gets louder at 4k rpm and above, just not as mental loud as the Ti).. With the Ti you get A LOT of attention, wanted and unwanted. But in all honesty, who drives and Evo and doesn’t want attention? Personally I think the HKS looks better on Skylines, Supras and RX7s than they do on an Evo. It’s a rally car, so I think the STM fits that image better.
