  Is the first part before you half the patter a full circle? Can i use this pattern for full half and quarter flair

  Hey there, no it is not a full circle skirt, it is still a quarter circle. But I cut it in half because it is easy to work with a quarter of a pattern...so even if you don't cut it in half it will still be a quarter circle but in half scale.   Hey there, I just added the panels to fit the waist of the bodies, if you are not using a paneled fabric you can make an A-line skirt but use the waist of the bodice to draft it.
