Hi mam agar notice period nahi diya direct job chhod diya to experience later mil sakta hai
Hello, Its difficult, but you can still give a try.
I have pay slip and self attested documents. Is it fine to prove my experience in MNC?
Hello, It depends upon the mandatory checklist of that particular MNC.
❤
Hii, Bhavya maam I Watch your content. It's so helpful. I can help you in some way. Do you need a video editor ? I can help you to save your crucial time through my editing skills.
I have submitted current company all documents except reliving letter now 3. Month completed form joined now they dimand relieving letter but last company not send relieving letter. Also I send legal notice against last company and also inform new company about this but new company not provide me sustainable time . And current company now stop my attendance access and hold salary also What I do now. How to request more day for providing reliving letter to new company
Hello, Did your new company given you time to collect the releiving letter like 3 months ?
😊 nice info
Thank you 🎉
My present company made salary revision as well as notice period extended to 6 month . In such cases if I reject the offer. Can I continue with my previous salary and previous notice period?
Hello In this case I ll suggest you to share a counter offer to them - such as accepting the new salary revision but maintaining the previous notice period. Try to convince them and highlight your commitment to the company and your willingness to work towards a mutually beneficial solution. As accepting a 6-month notice period will significantly reduce your chances of joining a new organization.
What if they don't agree to my terms? Do I hv to resign?
@@rk-ch5ng Will never suggest to go for resignation unless you have another option equivalent or higher to current profile or CTC. In extremes will suggest you to go ahead with your previous terms of notice period conditions, BUT give 100% negotiation skills of yours to land management on your terms or at least half way though.
Very nice content and suggestions, thanks ma'am ❤
Glad you find it useful.
Thanks ma'am ❤
Mam kab tak chalega ye application ❤❤❤
Yeh ongoing hai...aap kabhi bhi apply Kar sakte ho vacancy post ki date check karke
I was one of those who worked whole-heartedly and served notice-period as well but didn't get experience letter. They were harassing me and making me to work even after my notice period but I argued and left as I needed to join another organization. Working in such companies is solely based on boot-licking and how much "Yes" you can say for each and everything thrown at you, be it disrespect as well from a senior or manager, you are required to take it as a joke positively, reporting disrespect rarely does anything but you will instead come in eyes of management. Suing is not worthy due to corruption and heavy lawyer fee which company can endure but employee can't, on top of that you will need to get leaves from current job to visit court. These companies are experienced, they know loopholes in system, so they get away with everything, they don't think twice ruining someone's career. For an employee, he/she will face difficulty getting a job in future if any such case is found in work history. I cleared all rounds of Infosys but was not hired due to same reason. For these corporations employee is merely a slave and there's almost nothing you can do about them if you are not powerful and don't have government connections.

Ma'am i have experience letter and pay slips so is it enough for new company to join ?
Yes, with these documents you are 70%-80% confident to prove your employability, unless new company don't demand any other document.

Mam, I want to leave from my company due to work cuture. I have completed bond of 1.5yrs. Now they said you have to serve notice period of 3 months otherwise experience certificate will not be issued, but i dont want to serve. They said if any replacement is there, and serve notice period completly then you have your certificates, but from last december no employee will be here of my profile. So whats the possibility that if I serve notice period completely but still not replacement is there. I have letter for 1 year in which state that 1 year is completed and also salary is mention there. Now, when I going to next company without having experience letter or releving letter can they accept it? Coz I dont have letter for 1.5yrs. Plz reply if you read this 🙏
Hello, I need a clarification that did you left the company or still working till the replacement is availale for your position ?
@@bhavyainsights Mam, I am still working.
@@bhavyainsights mam plz reply me. I am confused what to do. I will left the company after taking salary or can continue working?
@@ankushkuthyal4140 Hello, Here are 2 solutions in this case: 1. Serve the Notice Period: Although its long and challenging, but serving the 3-month notice period as per the company's policy ensures you get your experience and relieving letters. This might be the safest route to avoid complications with future employers. Note - No employer can ask you to stay back after serving official notice period if the replacement still won’t find by company, you are no longer responsible for that and if this situation still persists you can visit nearest labour commissioner offer of your region they will send the notice to your employer. 2. Negotiate for buyout: Try negotiating with HR for a shorter notice period. Sometimes, companies may agree to a buyout option where you pay for the remaining notice period.
@@bhavyainsights ok, Thank you so much mam for explanation.

Hi Mam, In 2021 i jioned one company i worked only one day after that i absocanded but in epfo portal showing 9 days i don't have releving letter how to manage mam please let me know mam
Hi, To justify that provide them with 2 Scenario's : 1. The company was familiar to me (relative's) and they strongly urged me to join their team. But I quickly realized within 9 days that the position was not aligned with my career goals and decided to withdraw. The experience was extremely short , So I have chosen not to include this experience in my professional history. Therefore, I kindly request the creation of a new UAN number. 2. I was selected for a specific role (Role X) at a company. However, from the first day, I was assigned responsibilities that were entirely different (Role Y). I addressed this to hiring manager, But he/she confirmed that these new duties would be my permanent responsibilities now. So, I decided to leave after one week. The short duration of my employment did not add value to my professional experience, and it is more accurate to exclude it from my employment history to maintain clarity and relevance.
Thank you so much madam👍
If some one asks to choose either of only one after saying this sample answer..
Then you should surely say - career/work growth is my priority because it naturally leads to financial stability, because focusing on building my skills and expertise, I can ensure both career and financial success for me.
