this was the fucking one in Uni when it dropped. Then in 2009. Thrasher at Warehouse Project. Modeselektor, Skream, Caspa/Benga b2b, Rusko, Martyn, Joker. Probably the best dubstep line up I'm ever going to see.

I was young and 18 when this came out. Migrated Chester boy from Africa that went to Leeds Met (at the time). The Dub and DnB life there... The Exodus gigs! This mixtape captures all of my 3 years till I turned 21. Including the things I learned and discovered in those 3 years, of not only the world but also. myself

What tear-jerking outro to an awesome mix🔥🔥🔥 Still holds up till this day, Fucking beautiful lads!!

1 time in Amsterdam they were doing a b2b show. They had the same outro as this mix, and my MDMA high was fading away and a loooooot of emotions flowed out of my body. 18 year old kids are a mess haha. But everytime I hear this outro, even 14 years later, it still kind of brings me back to that moment. Goosebumbs everytime.

Damn, I was trying to find this video for ages. I listened to it a tonne back in early or mid 2021 I think, but then I moved on to other things and only recently got a hankering to listen to it again. But I couldn't remember for the life of me what it was called. I thought it was a mix done by Mary Anne Hobbs, but Warrior Dubz didn't sound familiar at all. I was going crazy. Turns out I bookmarked this in Google Chrome...I just had to find it burrowed within the crap-tonne of other webpages I've bookmarked. I'm so glad because this sounds so sick and already kinda nostalgic. A lot has happened to me between now (late 2022) and early 2021.
