  Hello , it will be able cool the cat as I’ve use it to cool myself off for those warm nights in bed . As far as being a replacement for ac , maybe a small car anything larger I do not think it can cool off the whole car .

  I just bought one can somebody tell me...how do you no it's charged with the USB & do you need the battery's in..is the USB charger just to extend battery life? I'm not sure.🤔

  @@user-bf6yp9ls3w hello yes it requires batteries , and it is difficult to directly know you just have to charge and have batteries to ensure . I told the creators to try and update that system
