OH no. It's no fun to read a book as large as les Mis and not enjoy it. I've been told the translation matters. I just received the recommended translation and I'm hoping to get to it next year. I remember reading Madeline as a kid. I think the only book series I didn't like as a kid was Amelia Bedelia because she took everything literally. I just found it too ridiculous. I was a serious child. LOL I liked seeing your responses. Thank you for doing the tag.

Oh my goodness, I have never seen the Exorcist, and I never will. My parents took me to the theater to watch Carrie! And I had nightmares afterwards. I was so mad at them. Especially since my mother told me it was over, but then something happens at the very, very end! She saw it and that was actually one movie she would not let me watch. That's saying something. Delphiniums are so pretty. I don't think I knew their leaves looked like that. huh. Dahlia's are pretty too. Were they reasonably priced?

I ended up chickening out on the horror movie. They're really not for me even without the jump scares. I like heartwarming movies much more basically the antithesis of horror movies. I didn't pay attention to the prices at the nursery because I knew I wasn't going to buy anything. It was inspiring but overwhelming to think about since I don't know anything about plant care.
