Schmidt 1, Robinson 2, Brett 3….Boggs at 3 is a joke
Matt Blair
Chris Doleman should be one of the Defensive Ends.
Mathews excelled in the greatest ML of all-time which was the post-integration & pre-expansion NL of 1954-61. He is the only player in MLB history to hit at least 20 HRs in each of his 1st 14 seasons & only 3B to make 100+ POs in each of his 1st 15 seasons. He was a great team player & leader as well as tough as nails (just ask Drysdale & F.Robinson). He was a better hitter than Schmidt who finished with MORE SO THAN HITS in 3 seasons & despite playing 20 years later still had a higher career F% than Schmidt. Needless to say, in this opinion still the greatest 3rd baseman of all-time. Santo & Baker are also still top 5 & the 2 best 2-way players.
What a joke. Clemente 7th. 😂😂😂😂😂
I have ZERO arguments on this list
Lowkey some of the guys at the beginning I would call inside lb’s but other that that pretty sick list and sweet to see people talk abt Williams 💪
Sorry NOBODY BEATS BROOKS ! 16 golden gloves ! Beats anything you still need defense!
Schmidt 1 Brooks 1A
Wait, no Bob Uecker?
Crosby #1 DE Watt #1 3-4 OLB
Eddie Mathews over Robinson and Brett. Schmidt is the best ever.
Where is Ichiro?
Clemente must be higher, defense counts, not just offense.
8:39 16 penalties?
Good video, little bit of white sound in the background though
Tj carrying his team to a winning season every year?
Tj not a DE goofy boy
@@TimBrown-mc2tg lol but cam heyward is. Cam plays all of his snaps at the DL position meanwhile tj takes 90% on the line against a tackle or TE and 10% dropping back in coverage. So he does miles garret and max Crosby jobs but better a cause he beats them in sacks every year, and he can also go back in coverage getting at least a pick in the last 3 seasons. So he’s a DE who can sack you or pick you off
Like to see a video of the best arms in the outfield
1. B. Ruth 2. H. Aaron 3. R. Clemente 4. F. Robinson 5. A. Kaline 6. I. Suzki 7. T. Gywnn 8. A. Dawson 9. D. Parker 10. M. Ott and D. Winfield
Darnell wirght??
Great list, but I would include Mike Piazza.
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
you forgot reggie jackson 563 real homeruns not steroids ones and 5 world series rings, 2 woirld series mvp's. better revaluate that list. unless winning doesn't count to you.
Nobody is better than Webster was.
Hands down. No debate necessary. Johnny Bench is by far the greatest catcher in baseball history! The others are great, though I think Carter was overrated, but Bench is the GOAT.
Cosmi is one of the best guards in the league
Great list, but Clemente was the best! Should be much higher. BTW, my favorite was Johnny Callison, the #2 RF to Clemente of that era, who had a cannon arm. Walk off HR in all-star game in Tiger Stadium.
WAR means nothing when it measuring third baseman, Gold Gloves is “The” criteria.
I would have had Clemente higher than that.
Mark Andrew's did play in the afternoon championship game; and he's #3 @ the lowest!!!
bench is devented the best ever
wheres reggie jackson and clemente should be higher
A list without Ron Santo is a joke. He was top 5 by the metrics, and he played in the “dead ball” era of the 1960’s.
Ron Santo is top 5 by the metrics.
George Brett will tell you Schmidt is the best ever. MLB's greatest team ever has him starting at 3rd. Mike Schmidt's total WAR 106.8. George Brett total WAR 88.6.
How could Cobb not be one or two take this joke off!
Sorry but Clemente was either one or two and there is no chance of any other place fore him.
Injuries cut Tony Olivas career short. At his best, he was one of the all-time greats!!
All due respect to the rest, being a baseball purist of 65yrs, when I saw this video Mike Schmidt instantly came to mind.
Didn't yaz play left field for most of his career? You don't even have him on the list, what the heck?!
Are you blind? Didn't you see Yaztrzemski was number 3 on the list??
Can't disagree with people on list but if numbers are used to say 3 is better than 6 list is screwed . It says Right fielder which means defense & no one on Defense was better than Clemente .
a few I never saw play but even so NOBODY played right field as well as roberto clemente ! he was called "the great one " before anyone even heard of Wayne Gretzky !
Clemente at the top or you weren't watching. Period.
Schmidtty number 1 hands down.
I have never seen anybody put George Brett ahead of Mike Schimdt. Also, Brooks Robinson should be ahead of Wade Boggs
No way Andre Dawson and Dave Winfield should be ahead of Roberto Clemente. No possibile way
You put Winfield in, and omit Reggie Jackson ! Are you serious !
Better question be, are you serious? Reggie Jackson was not a great fielding out fielding outfielder that's why he never won a glove award and as far as his hitting , it was either a homerun or strikeout. Not much of anything else.
@@johngalgano8734 Reggie Jackson was a terrible fielder
I can't believe you have Clemente 7th ?
only 67 clicks for this awesome vid?
Gary Carter should be omitted for the simple reason that he's a dick
