  Whats crazy to me (and thats probably normal in every coffeestore so i don't blame you) is how much waste there is, for example 18:49, this cup was basically not used at all and got thrown away. Or how the milk is wasted, or that you have packages for milk and how much you use in a day, wouldn't it be possible to use large barrels like they use for beer? Or that even when people sit there they still use plastic/paper cups while you basically could use porcelain mugs, like in my head this is just one coffee store out of many and if you think about all the waste which is created in just one day, just mind blowing. But still thanks for the pov! Super interesting to watch!

  In fact, I also noticed that more coffee is thrown away (even the powdered one still to be made) than the one actually consumed by customers... it doesn't make any logical sense to me either.

  @@trickmakescoffee thanks for replying, mocha is the only coffee I drink, & when at home I use drinking chocolate power, they never taste as nice as a mocha i order when out. I'll try the chocolate sauce, any particular brand?
