  I think it's just a remix of the IT Crowd theme. I'm not aware of a standalone release of the song, but I'd love to have it by itself.

  used to fall asleep to the it crowd and when i'd finish series 4 the song would come on and it would just be magical would fall asleep to it, listening now is insta nostalgia

  I know I'm 3 years too late to this, but this is actually based off a real game. It's called Windosil, made by Vectorpark. I assume IT Crowd commissioned them to make a version of the game for the DVD menu.
