this is so on time for me i appreciate this video as a stranger im literally doing everything i promised myself to do and yes i cheer myself on and yes im proud of myself and yes i practice self-love and my self-esteem and self-worth improved so much and yes im really growing into who i am and everything but the change im making for some reason brings tears to my eyes alot happened and damn its just weird sometimes i constantly tell myself its all in my head and i know that but it just feels weird sometimes
