+thương hong thanks for your question. It's an excavation sequence for an underground train station. It's a traditional excavate, strut then construct sequence. The upper part is in soil and the lower part is in rock. This is not a top down process in this example.

+thương hoang ... the most common and simplest method is to excavate the basement, then build the floors. Top-Down construction is normally used for high-rise projects so that the super-structure can progress while the basement is built underneath. The type of basement construction depends on the soil conditions, depths, water levels, foundation types, retaining walls and other major issues.

Hi, this simulation was produced using Maya animation software. The models were built in 3D CAD. The video is a few years old and it wasn't possible to use Revit at that time.

Hello. For the simulation you can use Autodesk Navisworks Manage or RIB iTwo 5D.

I saw a video with navisworks and revit architecture. To make a video like the canton tower you have to put the projekt in 3ds max. look in autodesk channel. there was the video. I will also look for it too.
