It looks like they're possibly collectors of old records, or maybe their relative worked at or owned something having to do with the record. Collectors are more able to find rare records like your father's record.

It’s amazing that I’m drawn back to this music 40 years later. Having drunk at least 2000 pints of Hofmiester with Nigel during the 80s, watched over 300 Chelsea games , walked countless miles, devoured 50s rockabilly, then stopped in 92 when I was skint. Where the fuck is Nigel ?
